Illinois Connections: Health & Disability Advocates
Health & Disability Advocates (HDA) specialize in supplementing military benefits with Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance, other state benefits, and the interaction of those benefits with available military benefits. They are able to serve people who do not qualify for services through the Veterans Administration.
